Bert Kish was a filmmaker and director. He was well known as the son of Albert Kish, who was a Hungarian-Canadian film director and editor. He won many awards such as Gemini Awards in 1998. For several years he worked in the private film and advertising industries in Montreal and Toronto as a still photographer, cameraman, editor and later, as an independent filmmaker.
