Kate has covered significant political events throughout her career, including five presidential elections. She is connected to numerous philanthropic organizations through her work as a journalist, including Big Brothers Big Sisters of America and the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. Kate, an Emmy winner, currently works as an anchor for MSNBC Live throughout the workweek.
