TikTok star Francesco LoPresti has died at the age of 24 after a seven-year battle with testicular cancer.

His girlfriend, fellow TikTok star Kaitlin Reagan, 24, tearfully shared the heartbreaking news on their preferred social media platform on March 30, telling her 3.1 million followers that he died on March 21.

LoPresti had been diagnosed with stage 3B testicular cancer at age 17, and it spread to his lymph nodes, neck, liver, spinal cord, and right hip, requiring years of surgeries, radiation, and chemotherapy.

His condition had recently worsened, and earlier this month, Reagan revealed that he was in hospice care.

In yesterday’s video, a crying Reagan told followers, ‘My goal was for you guys to watch him ring the bell [celebrating being in remission]. But the cancer took his life and Francesco passed away on Monday, March 21.’

‘This was really hard to make this video,’ she went on. ‘That’s why it’s been a while since — I know it’s been a week since he hasn’t been here. But you guys deserve to know: he loved you guys so much. 

‘And he loved everything that you guys did for him and just watching our videos and standing with us. And I thank you for that.

He and Reagan had known each other since they were 12, when she developed a crush on him. 

They started dating in 2003 at age 15, and were on and off for years until ‘consistently’ dating for the past three years.
